As Biggie once said “it was all a dream”.
Owner Leila who is self-taught in baking & cooking dreamt of one day owning her own cafe. Little did she know her dream would become reality. After many crepe dates with Co-owner Nick, Leila decided she would start making her own Crepe recipes. This long-term goal of Leila’s that seemed far-fetched became a reality after sharing her new crepe recipes with her now fiancé/Co-owner - Nick.
Nick instantly suggested a food truck. In Short Leila's Crepe Station was then born in a basement apartment in Yonkers, New York.

Most clients tend to lean towards the Crepe Truck. This is our default booking method and can serve parties of 20 guests to upwards of 600 guests. The Crepe Trailer is typically designated as a backup in case the truck is already booked OR if the trailer is preferred it may be made available upon request .

Each service is typically based on minimums, guest count & location.
We ask that you fill out our Book Now form with as much detail as possible.
This will help us send over an exact quote specific to your guest count, location, and event type).
Once this information is sent over we can send over quotes with any questions we may have to best guide you along the Crepe way!

Of Course! We just ask that you fill out the Book Now form with your event’s information (if available) with your best contact info.
You can list any questions you have on the form or if a call or text is preferred, include your information and let us know how you’d like to be contacted.

No, our crepes are not gluten free. We advise anyone with a gluten allergy that our truck is NOT safe to eat from due to cross contamination.
However, if It is a dietary choice you may include this information with your inquiry as we can still plan for a specified amount of gluten free crepes.
For guests with celiac or gluten sensitivity, if a specified amount of guests is provided, we can bring gluten free substitutes that we guarantee to be safe for your consumption .

We take allergies very seriously! Our truck does contain a variety of tree nuts and other possible allergens.
We encourage that each client/inquiry include any specific allergy information on the initial book now form.
We will work with each client specifically to ensure we can provide a safe food and serving experience for every guest.

Our menu is constantly changing and updating; Leila rotates items that are in and out of season, always keeping fresh ingredients and menu choices!
We send over the current menu with each quote but Feel free to request a current menu if you're just interested in checking it out!

YES! We ask that you make the Information Available in the Book Now form. Someone from our team will reach out to discuss logistics and options! From Custom crepe holders and napkins to vinyl wrapping, we can help keep your event on-brand.

YES! We are permitted throughout all of Westchester County and special events in NYC.

YES! We hold our own insurance and can provide proof of insurance as well as ADD language or additional insureds to meet your events insurance requirements.
